We will use your information for, but not limited to, communicating with you in relation to the services you have requested from us.

We do not take payments through this website. Estimates and invoices are sent separately through our field service software, and any payment details you provide are handled there, not collected by this site.

Jormechanical Air does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties.

This includes our field service software, our call tracking provider, our financing provider, and the subcontractors who may assist on larger jobs. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to Jormechanical Air, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.

Financing: If you apply for financing, your application goes to Wisetack, our financing provider, through our field service software. Wisetack uses that information to review your application, subject to credit approval, and handles it under its own privacy policy.

Mobile Information Sharing & SMS Disclosure: Notwithstanding the above, mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

SMS Opt-In & Communications

From time to time, Jormechanical Air may contact you via email or SMS for the purpose of sending estimates, appointment confirmations and reminders, service updates, and other general communication about work you have requested.

SMS Terms: If you provide your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from us. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP.

Data Security and Handling

Jormechanical Air secures your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. We strive to take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or alteration of your personal information.
