1. SMS Terms & Use Cases

• Estimates: The estimate for work you have requested, and a note to let you know it has been sent.
• Appointment Confirmations: Notifications regarding your scheduled installation, repair or estimate visit.
• Service Updates: Updates regarding arrival times and the progress of work at your property.
• Follow-Up: Messages relating to work already carried out, including scheduled seasonal check-ups where you have asked to be reminded.

2. Service Requests and Scheduling

Jormechanical Air is an owner-operated business. Work is scheduled during our published business hours:

• Monday to Friday: 7:30am – 5:30pm
• Saturday: 7:30am – 2:00pm
• Sunday: Closed

We do not offer 24-hour, emergency, or same-day service. If you contact us outside business hours, we will respond on the next working day. If your situation is urgent and cannot wait, please contact a provider offering emergency service.

Submitting a request through this website, by text, or by voicemail does not by itself create a booking. A request is confirmed once we have replied to confirm it.

3. Opt-Out Instructions

Your privacy and control are important to us. You can cancel SMS service at any time by texting STOP to our number. After sending STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS communications from us. If you wish to opt back in, you can sign up again through our website or services.

Carriers such as AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon and others are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. While we aim to provide timely communication, delivery depends on your mobile carrier network.

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use this website or subscribe to our SMS services. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these terms.

8. Privacy
