Low refrigerant means there's a leak, and a top-off only buys a few weeks. We find and fix the leak, and if a repair will do the job, that's what we'll recommend over a full replacement.
The heat pump that cooled your home all summer is worth a check before the first chilly morning. We install and repair heat pumps from one to five tons and service gas furnaces.
Stuffy air, musty closets, or sweating windows usually mean too much moisture, even with the AC running. A whole-home dehumidifier works through your existing ducts to keep humidity under the EPA's suggested 60 percent.

Our HVAC technicians do the work in your home, start to finish. On a bigger install, like replacing a whole system, an extra pair of hands joins the crew. The work is ours to answer for, and so is the warranty that covers it.
Yes. We hold a Florida Certified Air Conditioning Contractor license, CAC1821345. It's the license Florida requires for air conditioning contracting, and a certified license covers the whole state. Anyone can look the number up on the state's license site.
Yes. Wisetack financing is available on new systems, subject to credit approval. It lets you spread the cost over monthly payments. Your power company may offer rebates on efficient systems, so check its website before you buy and bring questions to your home visit.
Standard systems cost $10,000 to $25,000 installed, and size moves the price most, from one to five tons. Economy units run $6,000 to $8,000. They cost less upfront but more on your power bill, so we'll price both before you choose.
Start with age, since plenty of systems here wear out after about 10 to 15 years. Next, the repair history. If the same fix keeps coming back, or one repair would cost close to a third of a new system, replacing it makes more sense.
